COMMUNICATIONS & DESIGN COORDINATOR

Sophie Koh joined Pacific Rivers in 2019 as a summer intern, and has since become Communications & Design Coordinator for the organization. After growing up in Portland, she received her Bachelor of Science from UC Berkeley in Conservation & Resource Studies and has worked at multiple environmental nonprofits along the way. Her passion for the environment is most centered around endangered species, food systems, and climate change. She brings a wide array of experience to her role at Pacific Rivers in the fields of conservation, digital design, and development. When not working, Sophie can be found hiking, beach-going, and searching for the best Thai food in town.
